Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel for agency leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings adhering to federal formatting standards and security protocols
- Oversee budget tracking, procurement processes, and contract administration using federal systems (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Serve as primary liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with federal regulations
- Maintain confidential records and databases with strict adherence to HIPAA and federal data protection standards

Qualifications
