Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing and records per NARA guidelines
- Coordinate executive schedules and logistics for 15+ department heads
- Prepare complex correspondence, reports, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for administrative functions
- Serve as primary liaison between regional offices and Washington D.C. headquarters
- Implement FOIA requests and privacy act compliance procedures
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-tolerance security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
