Responsibilities
- Manage veteran case files and ensure compliance with federal regulations (VA Handbook 5007)
- Coordinate multi-agency meetings and maintain executive calendars using Outlook/Google Workspace
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing documents in accordance with GSA standards
- Process personnel actions and maintain HR records through VA's HRConnect system
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and generate performance metrics dashboards
- Serve as primary liaison between veterans and VA service providers
- Manage procurement requests and track budgets through MAX.gov
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience (GS-5 level or higher)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal records management (44 U.S.C. Chapter 21)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with VA systems (VBA, VISTA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
