Responsibilities
- Manage federal records and document processing systems ensuring compliance with 44 U.S.C. regulations
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling for senior leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and congressional submissions following GSA formatting standards
- Oversee budget tracking for assigned programs using SF-272 reconciliation procedures
- Train staff on federal records management policies and security protocols
- Conduct quality assurance audits for administrative processes
- Support emergency response coordination during national incidents
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., HRIS, GSA Advantage)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Knowledge of the Federal Employees Benefits Program (FEBP)
- Experience with USAJOBS vacancy announcements and application processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Common Access Card (CAC)
