Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy using VA systems
- Manage confidential documentation and maintain strict compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate multi-departmental communications and scheduling
- Generate daily reports using Excel and proprietary federal databases
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual support to veteran stakeholders
- Assist with compliance audits and documentation reviews
- Train on new federal protocols and systems as required
Qualifications
- US citizenship required (per federal regulations)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
