Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and routing official federal documents.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel orders and expense reports in accordance with federal travel regulations.
- Organize and maintain secure filing systems, ensuring strict compliance with privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA).
- Prepare and edit a variety of written materials, such as briefing papers, meeting agendas, and statistical reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for Federal employment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a federal or highly regulated environment.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with case management software.
- Writing: Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
