Responsibilities
- Manage classified and unclassified document processing with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Execute administrative systems including GSA Travel, E-Verify, and HRIS platforms
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for departmental operations
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for compliance with federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Provide logistical support for high-stakes meetings and training exercises
- Maintain digital records management in accordance with NARA standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience or equivalent private sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for sensitive materials
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- BA/BS degree or relevant professional certification preferred
