Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit claims documentation
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners on veteran services
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and records management systems
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran employment programs
- Analyze data to generate performance reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (VA, FERPA, HIPAA)
- Train staff on administrative procedures and software systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Experience with records management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
