Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits claims with 100% accuracy and adherence to federal regulations
- Manage electronic health records and maintain confidential documentation systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for leadership teams
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families via phone and in-person inquiries
- Ensure compliance with VA policies and HIPAA regulations
- Train staff on administrative procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
