Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with 42 CFR and DHS regulations
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder engagements across Texas and Illinois
- Oversee budget allocation and resource allocation for regional operations
- Conduct compliance audits and process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor administrative staff on federal protocols
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for senior leadership
- Serve as primary liaison for community outreach programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in GSA systems and federal procurement protocols
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of FTR regulations for travel management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability clearance
