Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and physical records systems in compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Process and track administrative documents using VA's proprietary platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between departments and external partners
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Support veteran benefit program administration through documentation verification
- Prepare weekly executive summaries and compliance reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of veteran and sensitive government information
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal positions)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
