Responsibilities
- Manage and organize high-volume incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring strict adherence to federal record-keeping standards.
- Schedule and coordinate complex travel arrangements and high-level executive meetings.
- Prepare, format, and edit a variety of reports, briefings, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the administration of agency programs and initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to support agency operations.
- Support compliance with agency policies and OPM regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field within the public sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain a background security clearance (Secret) as required by the position.
