Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations for active federal grant programs and contracts.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB circulars, and agency-specific policies.
- Coordinate high-level meetings and prepare briefing materials for executive stakeholders and government officials.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior leadership.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely reporting documentation and performance metrics.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for sensitive federal records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding program status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration.
- Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) or OMB Circulars is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft official correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
