Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including drafting, editing, and distributing official federal communications.
- Coordinate complex schedules, arrange domestic and international travel, and book meeting venues.
- Maintain and organize confidential federal records and databases with strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Process personnel actions, timecards, and payroll data for team members accurately and on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for senior leadership meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience working within a federal or government agency is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
