Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation processing with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend shift operations including scheduling and resource allocation
- Utilize federal databases (VA-ONCE, VBMS) for case management
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific software
- Adhere to federal compliance regulations (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Mentor new weekend shift staff on department protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience working rotating or weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
