- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications via secure federal systems
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and VA regulations
- Support data analysis for performance reporting using VA-approved software
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all documentation
- Assist in onboarding new team members with federal protocols
- Participate in quarterly compliance training and audits
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
