Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming correspondence and documentation for federal agencies.
- Manage sensitive records in compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency communications and meetings.
- Prepare and submit reports and timecards accurately and on a weekly basis.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and agency staff.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
