Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of federal employee and veteran benefit claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze complex eligibility requirements and determine appropriate benefit entitlements.
- Update client records and case files in our secure federal systems with precision.
- Communicate complex policy information clearly to applicants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agency personnel to resolve discrepancies and expedite processing times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing federal regulations and internal policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, claims processing, or a related federal support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Title 38, Federal Employee Benefits (FEB), or similar regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of sensitive data.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
