Responsibilities
- Manage and process veterans' benefit claims with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless benefit delivery
- Conduct eligibility verification and policy interpretation for federal programs
- Develop and implement benefit optimization strategies for veterans
- Prepare detailed reports on benefit utilization and program effectiveness
- Train staff on federal regulations and benefit procedures
- Serve as primary liaison between veterans and benefit agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal benefits administration
- Expert knowledge of VA and federal benefit regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in benefits management software and MS Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
