Responsibilities
- Analyze complex veteran benefit claims using federal regulations and policy frameworks
- Process compensation, pension, and education benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases within 48 hours
- Maintain secure digital records while adhering to strict federal compliance protocols
- Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families nationwide
- Participate in quarterly benefit policy training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years processing federal benefits claims or government entitlement programs
- Expertise in VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA) and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex documentation
- U.S. citizenship required
