Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in benefits administration or veterans services
- Proficient in federal claims processing systems (e.g., VBMS)
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- U.S. citizenship and required security clearance
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs preferred
