Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time data streams and system alerts during night operations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Perform rigorous data entry and validation tasks to maintain the integrity of state records.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management immediately while maintaining clear communication with the day shift team.
- Generate and review daily operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic hardware and software issues within the department’s network.
- Adhere to all state safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role (government experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
