Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate federal benefit claims with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex eligibility issues for federal beneficiaries.
- Provide clear, professional, and compassionate communication to clients via phone, email, and secure portals.
- Update client records in federal databases and internal CRM systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with the claims team and legal compliance officers to ensure adherence to all federal regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on weekend shifts to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, customer service, or case management.
- Experience with federal systems (e.g., VA systems, OPM, or similar) is highly desired.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
