Responsibilities

- Operate surveillance technology and specialized night vision equipment during overnight operations

- Maintain detailed incident reports and border activity logs for operational analysis
- Collaborate with federal agencies including ICE and TSA during multi-jurisdictional operations
- Respond to emergency situations during night shifts including medical incidents and security threats
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year law enforcement or military experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) in extreme weather conditions
- Pass comprehensive background investigation and polygraph examination
- Successfully complete CBP Academy training program
- Proficient in Spanish (written and spoken) or willingness to achieve within 12 months
- Physical fitness certification including endurance and agility requirements
