Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming federal claims and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in federal databases.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency personnel and the public via phone and email.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and agency policies.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and statistical summaries.
- Resolve complex inquiries regarding benefits and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Security clearance eligibility is a plus.
