Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and case management support to federal employees and constituents during weekend operations.
- Review and process incoming federal documentation, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records of all interactions and case statuses within the secure federal database system.
- Assist in the resolution of complex inquiries and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend operational workflows and improve service delivery.
- Conduct routine audits of data accuracy and report discrepancies to senior management immediately.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or government contracting is highly valued.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
