Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Utilize VA systems to verify documentation and eligibility criteria
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders regarding claim status
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and privacy protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train junior staff on claim processing procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
