- Collaborate with medical and legal teams on complex cases
- Generate detailed claim reports for quarterly audits
- Utilize VA proprietary software for documentation and tracking
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years claims processing experience
- Familiarity with VA claims systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass federal background check
- VA training certification within 30 days of hire
