Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate federal claims with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Process incoming applications and verify documentation against federal standards.
- Respond to inquiries from claimants and federal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain precise records and data integrity within the federal database system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements for weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in federal government, claims processing, or customer service is a major plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
