Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance regulations across maritime and border security operations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and investigations ensuring adherence to DHS protocols
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight and agency leadership
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on security initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory enforcement experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret clearance highly valued)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, DHS directives)
- Advanced certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
