Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of federal program compliance across Arizona agencies
- Investigate potential regulatory violations and prepare detailed case documentation
- Collaborate with state/local officials to implement corrective action plans
- Develop compliance training materials for federal partners
- Analyze policy gaps and recommend regulatory improvements
- Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and congressional oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal/state compliance/regulatory experience
- Active security clearance eligibility
- Advanced knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., Deltek, SAP)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency required
