Responsibilities
- Monitor federal compliance protocols for maritime and border security operations
- Conduct audits of federal contractors and grant recipients
- Coordinate with state/local agencies on regulatory enforcement
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Train personnel on federal regulatory updates
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Knowledge of DHS/FEMA regulations and CFR standards
- Proficiency in GAO audit protocols and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background investigation
