Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance standards across assigned sectors
- Conduct thorough investigations and audit procedures
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with federal agencies on security initiatives

- Respond to compliance breaches with corrective action plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance or law enforcement experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and DHS regulations
- Proficient in GSA compliance reporting systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Ability to obtain DHS suitability clearance
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) preferred
