Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance in assigned jurisdiction
- Collaborate with CBP, ICE, and TSA agencies on security protocols
- Conduct compliance audits of commercial maritime and air operations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and compliance documentation
- Train stakeholders on federal security regulations and procedures
- Analyze intelligence data to identify emerging compliance risks
- Coordinate with local emergency management agencies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (CFR, FTR, 9/11 Act)
- Advanced knowledge of South Florida port/air operations
- Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel
- Fluency in English/Spanish preferred
- Pass FBI background investigation and polygraph screening
