Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal regulatory compliance across agency operations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for DOD facilities
- Develop compliance training programs for 200+ personnel
- Coordinate with federal agencies (DOJ, DHS, OMB) on policy alignment
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Manage security clearance protocols and documentation
- Lead cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA, FAR)
- Experience with DoD compliance systems (e.g., DCII, DISS)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- U.S. citizenship required
