- Calculate pension entitlements and update beneficiary records accurately using federal software systems.
- Conduct research on federal retirement regulations to resolve complex eligibility inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure data integrity across all pension files.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding pension fund performance and employee statistics.
- Assist the public and federal agencies with inquiries regarding pension plan status and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or Public Administration preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo a federal background check and security clearance process.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
