Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulations (DoD, DODI, FAR) for compliance updates
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for defense contracts
- Develop compliance training programs for military personnel
- Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory interpretations
- Prepare compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Implement corrective actions for non-compliance findings
- Manage vendor compliance documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience (DoD preferred)
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Certified Federal Compliance Officer (CFCO) credential
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage and FPDS systems
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
