Responsibilities
- Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory changes to update compliance protocols
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for federal program adherence
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with legal counsel to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal and state agencies
- Lead cross-departmental compliance initiatives and process improvements
- Respond to audits and investigations from OMB, GAO, and state authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience with state/local government interface
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expertise in federal regulations (CFR, FAR, DFARS)
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., Compliance.ai, LogicGate)
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across all government levels
- US citizenship required
