Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal regulations to ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departmental operations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Familiarity with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- US citizenship required
