Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance regulations for veteran benefit programs
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership review

- Train staff on new federal regulations and compliance protocols
- Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all compliance activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FAR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience with compliance management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
