Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycles from initiation to closeout
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency requirements
- Coordinate with government stakeholders on deliverables and timelines
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for contract proposals
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract modifications
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- US citizenship required
