Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of federal compliance programs across agency jurisdictions
- Develop and implement standardized compliance frameworks for security protocols
- Coordinate with DHS, FBI, and NYPD on joint security initiatives and threat assessments
- Analyze regulatory changes and update agency compliance procedures accordingly
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train federal and state personnel on evolving compliance requirements
- Lead crisis response teams during security compliance incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, DHS directives)
- Advanced knowledge of NYC security infrastructure and protocols
- Exceptional analytical and report-writing capabilities
- Experience with GAO audit methodologies
- Valid NYS driver's license
