Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal or healthcare compliance
- VA-specific certification or DAWIA training preferred
- Proficiency with compliance management software (e.g., LogicGate, Compliance.ai)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory details
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
