Responsibilities
- Oversee federal program implementation and compliance across multiple agencies
- Develop strategic program plans aligned with departmental objectives
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend operational improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones
- Monitor budgets and ensure fiscal accountability for allocated resources
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional oversight and leadership

- Ensure adherence to federal acquisition and grant regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expertise in federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- U.S. citizenship required
