Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for federal agency partners
- Conduct risk assessments and regulatory audits across government programs
- Coordinate with DOJ attorneys on policy interpretation and enforcement
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train federal staff on updated regulations and security protocols
- Monitor emerging legislation and propose compliance adjustments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and DFARS
- Strong analytical and policy evaluation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with GSA schedules and procurement processes
- Knowledge of Kansas state-federal compliance requirements
