Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government compliance experience
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (FEMA, DHS, DOJ)
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean background check
