Responsibilities
- Analyze agency programs to improve efficiency and compliance with federal regulations
- Develop strategic recommendations for resource allocation and process improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet agency objectives
- Monitor program performance using quantitative metrics and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to OMB and DHS policies and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement operational changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and reporting systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience with OMB Circular A-11 and A-123 compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
