Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement compliance with federal regulations (VA, OMB, and DoD standards)
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews for procedural adherence
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with legal and leadership teams on regulatory updates
- Investigate and resolve compliance discrepancies with corrective action plans
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Stay current on federal policy changes and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or audit experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal regulations (CFR, FAR, and VA directives)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with GSA Schedule procurement processes
- Certification in federal compliance (e.g., CFCM) preferred
