Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline compliance processes
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Stay current on evolving federal legislation and industry best practices
- Mentor junior staff on compliance methodologies and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in regulatory analysis and policy development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal procurement and contracting procedures
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
