Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations (CMS, EPA, DOJ) and develop state compliance frameworks
- Coordinate interagency task forces for policy implementation and reporting
- Conduct audits of state programs against federal benchmarks

- Train department heads on evolving compliance requirements

Qualifications
